About AssetForge

Workshop software designed around the equipment, not around admin for admin's sake.

AssetForge is independently owned and operated. It was trialled and refined through months of real-world use at CDI Motorsport, a working motorsport workshop, as a focused way to keep asset identity, checks, faults, documents and history together for equipment-based workplaces. It is built and supported from Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Why it exists

Keep the useful workshop record without adding enterprise complexity.

AssetForge is built around a simple idea: when someone is standing beside a machine, they should be able to identify it, complete the required workflow and leave a record that the office can actually find later.

The product combines a Windows desktop workspace with a browser-based phone interface, QR labels, digital checklists, fault reporting, reports, documents and local-first storage.

Product principles

Practical, visible and workshop-focused.

AssetForge is intentionally positioned between paper-and-spreadsheet workflows and larger enterprise systems.

Physical-to-digital

QR labels connect the machine in front of you to the correct digital record.

Floor-to-office

Staff use focused phone workflows while admin and review stay on the desktop workspace.

Local-first

Working data is stored on your own computer, with backups saved to a destination you choose — and optional secure remote access when your team is off-site.

New in AssetForge

New features, and which plan they’re in.

AssetForge is $99.99/month for the full workshop system. AssetForge Advanced ($129.99/month) adds maps, deeper history and your branding.
